A self-described "Occasional Webmaster," Kevin has been creating websites off and on for over 20 years, mostly for personal interests, but sometimes for other people and organizations. When he started there were fewer than 10 top-level domains (.com, .org, .net, etc.) - now there are over 1,500. He enjoys being creative, problem-solving, and keeping up with new design elements and techniques. Currently, he is responsible for about 17 websites.

Most of his websites utilize a combination of HTML, CSS, SSIs, Javascript, and Bootstrap. Sometimes he codes websites from the ground up, but mostly he uses templates and bends them to his will through extensive modification and customization. He is HTML-certified at w3schools.com. The rest - he knows just enough to be dangerous.
